Noticed a bug on my Safari after upgrading to Lion. Haven’t been able to recreate it is as it appears to be random, when using Safari and you close some tabs. When you try to quit the Safari, the option is greyed out from the Safari Menu and Command+Q does not work. If you try to restart your mac you’ll get the screen shot below.
So far there doesn’t seem to be a patch in place and temporary solution so far is to Force Quit Safari. You can also delete the Safari icon on the dock and add it back. Will keep updating this post still a permanent solution is found or is patched by Apple.

Wish I have a new Mac already to try this on Safari with Webkit. This is an example of Javascript and CSS taking it heads on with Flash, like Javascript and CSS on steriods. On Windows with Safari 4.1 with latest Webkit build you won’t see the 3D effect but you would see the nice stacking of the images, controlling the scroll with your arrow keys. For Mac users on Snow Leopard you got to try this out. Go to Snowstack to experience it on your Safari browser. Watch the video.

The visual appearance of your site is different from what these spiders see. You should consider your site’s navigation and content that it can be indexed by these spiders to guarantee getting those pages show in search results. If you have a javascript or flash menu navigation, make sure you have a sitemap. Having a site navigation that can be crawled can get you a higher web site traffic. Try checking your site if it can be navigated with a text browser with popular text browser Lynx for Windows.
