This theme is for my wife tin who I got into the habit of blogging. She wanted something colorful and fun for her theme.

Launched last week. A new design for Pampanga Capitol. There were dozens of contents from the previous website layout. I was considering using Drupal or Joomla. But opted for WordPress as a CMS instead for organizing the content and allowing different authors to post.
